Hot air roasting… the best way to truly taste your coffee, not the roasting equipment. To simplify the understanding of the process, our roasting process involves utilizing increasing air temperature, up to 530 degrees (F.) at times in order to roast the beans without the fear of giving them an ashy or burned taste.
The beautiful part of our roasting is that with the control we have over air flow, temperature, loft, etc. we have been able to dial in the peak point of flavor with each of the beans we roast. On top of that we roast in small batches, which allows us to keep quality at the top possible level and maintain a quality seldom seen in commercial coffee roasting.
