Tired of Medicating Your Pain?

Physical therapy can mean many different things to many different people. If you are having trouble getting around or doing tasks that you were once able to do without difficulty,  physical therapy is for you. Our Physical Therapists are specially trained to identify specific impairments that lead to impaired functional mobility. This can range from having difficulty with your balance as you’re walking through your yard to not being able to fully rotate your body in the back of a golf swing.  If you are still unsure as to whether you need our services please give us a call.

Yes and No.  Our Therapists are Certified Direct Access Providers which means they are able to treat you without a referral from your doctor for 30 calendar days.  Certain insurances require you to have a referral from your doctor before you come in to see us.  If you are curious as to whether you need one or not please give us a call and we will fill you in.

Give us a call and we will get you scheduled during a time that is available for you.  If you receive our answering machine please don’t hesitate to leave a message with your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.  We want to make sure everyone receives the appropriate amount of time needed for a proper evaluation.  When arrive you will meet our receptionist, Anna, who will collect all your information including: Driver’s License/ID card, Health Insurance Card, and Referral from your doctor (unless direct access).

Be sure to have on comfy clothes and shoes that will allow you to move around.  There are a few important pieces of paperwork you will have to fill out, but should only take a few minutes.  You will then be paired up with one of our Physical Therapists who will proceed with your evaluation which will consist of just getting to know you and your goals.  We are here for you.

We accept most insurance plans.  A detailed listed is on the the right side of the page.  When you call to schedule, our front office will verify your insurance benefits before you come in for your first visit. Each treatment is unique to the patient which means time and services will be different for everyone.  If you have questions please call and we can walk you through the process or call your insurance for more detailed information of your health insurance plan.
