Abigail Smith

Abigail Smith serves as both an Office Administrator and Physical Therapy Technician where she is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every patient from the moment they arrive. Her warm personality and genuine interest in others help make each visit feel personal and meaningful.

Originally from the suburbs of Kansas City, Kansas, Abigail moved to Northern Virginia in 2025 after graduating from the University of Kansas, where she studied Speech Pathology. Her educational background and passion for communication have shaped her patient-first approach and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Abigail loves the positive culture at Fusion Rehab & Wellness and appreciates being surrounded by teammates who encourage one another while creating an uplifting environment for patients. She believes every patient has a unique story worth hearing and hopes everyone she meets feels seen, cared for, and valued throughout their therapy experience.

Outside of work, Abigail enjoys spending time with her Maine Coon cat, who came from Ukraine, and has competed nationally in trampoline. Her adventurous spirit and compassionate nature shine through in everything she does.
