About Rachel Sevinsky
Dr. Rachel Sevinsky is a Physical Therapist with a passion for helping patients discover their strength and realize what they are capable of achieving. Her background in strength and conditioning, gymnastics, and powerlifting gives her a unique perspective on movement and performance.
A Northern Virginia native, Rachel earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University in 2023 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Lynchburg in 2026. She earned her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential in 2025 and is currently pursuing continuing education toward becoming a Sports Certified Specialist through the APTA. Her experience includes coaching gymnastics and collegiate-level powerlifting, as well as working with collegiate and professional athletes across multiple disciplines.
Rachel was drawn to the supportive atmosphere and close-knit culture she found at Fusion. She appreciates being surrounded by people who genuinely want one another to succeed and hopes to create that same sense of encouragement for her patients. Her goal is to challenge patients in a way that helps them become stronger and discover that they are capable of more than they may have thought possible.
Outside of work, Rachel is a competitive powerlifter. She also has an unusually impressive collection of prescription glasses—14 pairs in a variety of shapes and colors.
