Dolly A. Judge

Dolly A. Judge
Office Manager
Dolly grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in English and History and a minor in Political Science. Between her junior and senior year, she went to Washington, D.C. to do an internship for a United States Senator and enjoyed it so much that, after graduation, she returned to D.C. to work for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives. When she left public service, she went to work in the private sector representing life science companies before Congress, federal agencies, and state governments. Dolly worked for Abbott Laboratories, Roche, Pfizer, Cigna, Medco (PBM), Quest Diagnostics, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, heading U.S. government relations and managing a team of state, federal, policy, and communications professionals. In short, she was what is known as a lobbyist, but health policy was always at the heart of her advocacy work, and she made improvements to legislation and regulation with a patient-centric focus.
Dolly has managed government affairs offices and has a strong sense of organization and teamwork. She also worked for the American College of Physicians, where her portfolio of issues included practicing physicians, not academics, so she understands the challenges of physician practices.
Fun Facts: Dolly likes to exercise, read, volunteer in her community, and spend time with family and friends. She also loves to cook and entertain.
“I was drawn to Fusion Rehab and Wellness by the company’s values stenciled on the wall in large letters that one can see through the glass doors. There was a friendly person at the front desk, so I walked in and asked if they could do some strength training, and I met with Matt Gordon, PT, DPT, AT, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and he put together a plan for me that was truly terrific. As a customer/patient, I saw firsthand the care provided by Matt and his team, and when I learned they needed someone part time, I wanted to be part of that, so I joined the team. I like the caring approach, and I see people living the company’s values every day.”
