Dr. Tenley Hares

Physical Therapist

Tenley grew up in Spotsylvania, VA and attended the University of Mary Washington where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology (2021) and played volleyball. Upon graduating, she joined the UMW Volleyball coaching staff as an Assistant coach for 2 seasons before attending PT school. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Virginia Commonwealth University (2026). She has been coaching travel volleyball for almost 10 years and loves rehabbing athletes to return to the sport they love!

Tenley was lucky to be placed at Fusion’s Fredericksburg location for her last clinical rotation of PT school. She quickly realized she aligned with Fusion’s culture and their belief to go the extra mile to truly individualize every patient’s care.

In Tenley’s free time, she loves to do any type of DIY home project, spend time outside, cook in the kitchen, bake sourdough, and coach volleyball!
