Physical Therapy Assistant

I grew up in Woodbridge, VA. I got my Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University in 2023, where I majored in Exercise Science and minored in Recreational Therapy. I obtained by Associate of Applied Science degree at Northern Virginia Community College in 2026 to become a Physical Therapist Assistant.

During college, under my Recreational Therapy minor, I volunteered my time to work with clients of all ages at local gyms and retirement homes to administer an array of recreational interventions to address impairments in the physical, cognitive, and other domains. Also, I previously worked as a tech at Inova Physical Therapy in Springfield.

I want patients to be able to do what they love without being restricted by functional limitations. I want to create a safe and inviting space for patient’s to feel comfortable in their most vulnerable state.

I was at the Fredericksburg location for my first clinical rotation and I really enjoyed my time there! I love how the personal care from the staff is translated to the patients and the rest of the team.

I enjoy playing soccer, gardening, cooking, doing arts and crafts, and hanging with my friends and family.
