Ingrid was born and raised in Durango, Colorado, the youngest of six children. She worked for many years as a physical therapy aide in multiple settings. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Fort Lewis College and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, VA.

She is a certified optometric vision therapist working with children with developmental delays, eye coordination issues, and people with mild traumatic injuries. She enjoys working with older adults and is interested in running rehabilitation.
