Physical Therapist
I am from Northern Virginia and earned my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Liberty University in 2020, followed by my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg in 2023.
Experience & Credentials
I have my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification and have a history of coach recreational and competitive gymnastics and powerlifting. Lots of experience with programming and strength training.
Core Value: Empathy and compassion are extremely important to me. I am a very service oriented person and want to help others any way I can. I want to ensure I can do everything in my power to make my patients, and anyone, feel seen and heard. I am treating the whole person, not just their condition.
I want all my patients to feel validated in their condition. Their symptoms are real, and we are going to work together to solve things piece by piece. When they feel like they’ve exhausted all their options, I want them to know there are still things we can try.
My niche would be athletes and higher level strength programming mixed with manual therapy. I love the sport performance side of PT.
I enjoy working with the upper extremity; particularly with athletes, and throwers. I also have a heart for amputees.
I love the atmosphere and staff here. Everyone is super fun and we all mesh super well.
I love spending time with my family and dog. I am a competitive powerlifter and enjoy going to the gym. I also like shopping and trying new restaurants/bakeries.
