Jason Murillo

Chief Organizational Development Officer & Executive Coach

Jason is driven by the belief that, “success means fulfillment, and fulfillment becomes possible when we create a high-impact culture with thriving leaders and teams who continuously align strategy and execution with a profound sense of purpose.”

He brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare, public health, cybersecurity, consulting, and leadership development to Fusion Rehab & Wellness. From serving as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman at Marine Corps Base Quantico and the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, to guiding strategy as Adjunct Faculty with the National Center for Healthcare Capacity Building and a federal Cybersecurity Workforce Development Strategist, Jason has dedicated his career to helping leaders and teams thrive.

“I believe Fusion can become a hypergrowth movement that shifts the impact, culture, and business model of the PT industry. One that proves you can scale without losing soul. One that delivers world-class care through unreasonable hospitality and radical leadership. One where every leader leads to the fullest, and every employee becomes an example of what it means to thrive—that’s why I choose Fusion and am honored to be a part of the team.”

Outside of work, Jason enjoys his family and his pursuits as a heart-attack survivor turned aspiring Ironman® triathlete on a mission to signify heart-healthy living and hope for the global reversal of heart disease (still the leading cause of mortality).
