Dr. Kimberly Tyborowski was born and raised outside of Harrisburg, PA but moved to Alexandria, VA in 2012 after graduating PT school. She directed a busy outpatient clinic before deciding to join the Fusion Rehab team by opening a clinic in Alexandria.

Kim has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, women’s pelvic health, and neurological rehabilitation since graduation.

Fun Facts about Kim: Kim loves the Steelers, the beach, local breweries, spending time with her husband and daughter, and is a secret cat lover.

“I decided to reach out to my friend and colleague, Travis, about opening a Fusion Clinic in Alexandria after I had my daughter in 2020. I wanted to start a clinic in the area where my daughter will grow up for several reasons. I wanted to be more involved in and be able to give back to this community. I also wanted to treat patients the way that I think is best for each one of them. Fusion has helped me achieve these goals and I am excited to continue to grow here! It’s exciting to be part of a company that really values their patients and staff members.”

Bryce Baughman

Bryce Baughman, LPTA

Bryce was born in Colorado Spring, CO, but spent a majority of his life living in Harrisonburg, VA. After moving to Northern Virginia for PTA school, he now lives in National Harbor, MD. Bryce has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since graduating school.

Fun Facts about Bryce: In his free time, he loves exercising and spending time with his beautiful wife, Hilary. Also, he has a passion for video games and music, often practicing the guitar and is willing to take anyone on in Mario Kart.

Dr. Stephanie Stahr, PT, DPT

Dr. Stephanie Stahr is an Alexandria native but spent time living abroad with her family in Dresden, Germany for several years before returning to the US in 2020. 

She worked as a wound care physical therapist in the inpatient hospital and outpatient setting and later for a home health agency across northern Virginia after graduation. Becoming a parent widened Stephanie’s professional interests to include pelvic health. 

She specializes in Pelvic Health with training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Health Institute. She finds working with patients with pelvic pain particularly rewarding.

Stephanie also enjoys working with patients in sports medicine and general outpatient orthopedics and believes you’re never too old to get stronger! With all patients, she strives for a holistic approach to wellness.

Fun facts about Stephanie: When not at work you can find Stephanie gardening and getting active outdoors with her family. She has also taken up power lifting and is enjoying getting stronger while learning to push her limits with the barbell. She is fluent in German, although is becoming a little rusty!

Allegra Wham

Physical Therapy tech

Bachelor of Arts in Sociology: Bryn Mawr College, 2019

Allegra grew up in Arlington, VA and now lives in Alexandria.  In college, her studies focused on medical sociology and public health.  Prior to joining Fusion, she worked at Pacers Running where her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist first took shape.  Allegra is in the process of applying to Doctor of Physical Therapy programs for matriculation in the next year. 

Fun Facts about Allegra: Allegra enjoys reading, running, cooking, and completing puzzles with friends.  Additionally, she can often be found attempting to learn a new and creative skill.  Currently, she is learning how to embroider by hand. 

“I knew I wanted to be a part of the Fusion team after my first visit.  I saw how hard the team works to foster an environment where everyone (patients, family, and staff) feels accepted and empowered.  At Fusion, PT is fun and challenging and treatment plans are made with each individual in mind.  I feel lucky to be a part of this community and to be able to learn from and beside each person who comes in the door.  Working at Fusion will surely help me become the type of PT I aspire to be.”

Carter Spilman

Carter is hoping to attend Physical Therapy school to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the near future.

In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, hiking,  spending time with family and friends, and rooting for his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
