be continuing education or directing a clinic, the owners set each employee up to succeed, encouraging and motivating them along the way. Second, the Fusion team felt like family from day one. I’m not just a number on their payroll. The owners and corporate staff get to know each employee on a personal level, which speaks volumes when spending 5+ days a week working alongside each other.”
