Each kit contains one section of Latex-Free TheraBand in Light (Yellow), Medium (Red), Heavy (Green) and Extra Heavy (Blue) and one Thera-Loop Non-Stick Door Anchor. These are the same TheraBand resistance bands we use in all of our clinics.

Thera-Band Resistance Bands are one of the most trusted resistive exercise systems on the market; this system includes latex-free bands that come in 4 color-coded levels of increasingly more challenging resistance. The idea is to work up from the lightest resistance level (or your individual starting resistance level) to tougher resistances as your workouts progress and you get stronger, leaner and more flexible. With Thera-Band Resistance Bands, measuring progress and achieving goals for fitness or therapy is easier than ever. Different resistance levels are determined by the thickness of the band. This progressive resistance system was designed with color-coded levels, increasing in difficulty starting at  thin (yellow), medium (red), heavy (green) and extra heavy (blue). The Thera-Loop Non-Slip Door Anchor is a handy loop-shaped piece of equipment that allows you to securely attach resistance bands or resistance tubes onto any door frame, expanding the type of exercises you can do with your equipment. Position and secure at any height to complete upper or lower body exercises like lateral pull-downs, leg adductor and abductors, chest presses, and more. The door anchor pack is small and portable, making it great for travel. Ideal for home or commercial use.
